You should put up Crystal Dust, it is the best crystal remake out there (trust me I've played it) it is not buggy and slow like liquid crystal and it uses emerald as a base for a better time system. It also has the day night lighting system. Check it out.

My mew won't obey me in fire red omega but my deoxys does. Mew is the only one that won't obey. He is level 50 and I beat the game. Is it because I caught him with a pokeball only?

No, that is impossible sadly. If anything you should just buy a 3ds XL or 2ds and play the game it's worth it.
